Rockhampton is a region with diversity
Rockhampton has a variety of multicultural groups to keep you connected with your community. The Central Queensland Multicultural Association hosts programs events to for people from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. You’ll also find places of worship for Christians, Buddhists, Hindus and Muslims in Rockhampton.
Volunteering or joining a sports club are also great ways to establish new friendships once you arrive in Rockhampton.
SBS is Australia’s public broadcaster with a focus on delivering services for multilingual and multicultural communities.
